30-Day Easy Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items were damaged or shipped to you in error.
How to Make a Return

Where do I find my order number?
- Your order number starts with “B” and is on the packing slip or email order confirmation.

What items are eligible for return?
- Any new, unopened, unused items in original packaging.
- Within 30 days of purchase.
- All items must be returned packed in a shipping box. Items sent without a shipping box that arrive with shipping labels, packing tape, etc. affixed to the product packaging will not be accepted for return.
What items are non-returnable?
- We do not accept opened items, or items that show signs of use.
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
How is the refund amount calculated?
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid for the item(s) minus any discounts or Star Coins, and the cost of the return shipping label.
- Outgoing shipping fees are not refunded.
- If a return drops the order below the qualifying amount for a free gift promotion, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund. If you would like a full refund, please include the free gift promotional item with your return.
How will I receive my refund?
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, or as an e-gift card credit to bellalunatoys.com. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be issued.

- Please report damages or defects within 5 days of delivery.
